Founded by Carolina Uribe in 2016, we blend strategic expertise, operational excellence, and deep personal engagement to drive meaningful and lasting transformations for businesses and executive leaders. Carolina stays very close to delivery, and creates teams fit for purpose as needed and mutually agreed.

Meet Our Founder

Carolina Uribe, Founder & Principal Consultant

With a background in corporate leadership, consulting, and coaching, Carolina brings a unique blend of experience to every engagement.

Carolina successfully led transformative initiatives across industries and geographies throughout her career at McKinsey & Co., SABMiller (now ABInbev), Pfizer, and Cargill.

In parallel, Carolina discovered the never-ending riches of personal growth. This part of her journey began with Creativity and Personal Mastery at Columbia Business School, and eventually led her to become a Certified coach with NewField Network.

In 2016 Carolina founded Growth Possibilities, LLC to combine the depth of McKinsey-style consulting with hands-on Execution, and more recently adding leadership coaching.

In her personal time Carolina enjoys spending time with her twins and rescue pup, walking around Lake Harriet, reading, and cultivating meaningful relationships.
