Carolina’s story

I grew up in Cali, Colombia, in a family filled with love, traditions, and challenges. My father’s struggle with alcoholism and a major bankruptcy during my teenage years forced me to grow up quickly. I learned that life doesn’t always go as planned—but I also discovered the power of resilience. Determined to create a bright future, I worked hard, earned scholarships, and built a successful career in consulting and strategy, working with companies like McKinsey & Co., SABMiller, Pfizer, and Cargill.

During my MBA at Columbia University, I took a course called Creativity and Personal Mastery—and it changed everything. It introduced me to the power of self-awareness and personal growth, igniting a never-ending journey of deep transformation. That path led me to become a Certified Ontological Coach through Newfield Network.

In recent years, I have been navigating a long and difficult divorce while raising my twins as a single mother. It has been one of the hardest chapters of my life. I realigned my life with my values, focusing on my children while they processed the grief of their father’s abrupt departure. Through trust, community, and learning to apply the concept of doing my best effort while detaching from outcome, I emerged stronger. Our most difficult experiences can become our greatest teachers.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same—to navigate challenges, break through limitations, and create lives of meaning, joy, and connection.
